Somerset will be looking to add to their record-breaking tally of seven Vitality Blast titles, having triumphed in 2005, 2008, 2010, 2011, 2015, 2016, and 2017.

The Cidermen have been in fine form throughout the tournament, winning nine of their 14 group matches and defeating Northamptonshire, Kent, and Yorkshire in the knockout stages.

Somerset will be led by their experienced captain, Tom Abell, and will be confident of adding to their trophy cabinet on Finals Day.

Surrey

Surrey will be determined to win their first Vitality Blast title since 2011, having finished as runners-up in 2014 and 2020.

The Lions have been impressive throughout the tournament, winning 10 of their 14 group matches and defeating Hampshire and Lancashire in the knockout stages.

Surrey will be led by their new captain, Rory Burns, and will be looking to use their home advantage to their advantage on Finals Day.

Gloucestershire

Gloucestershire will be aiming to win their first Vitality Blast title since 2015, having reached the final in 2007 and 2019.

The Gladiators have been in excellent form in this year's competition, winning nine of their 14 group matches and defeating Worcestershire, Leicestershire, and Hampshire in the knockout stages.

Gloucestershire will be led by their experienced captain, Benny Howell, and will be hoping to cause an upset on Finals Day.

Sussex

Sussex will be looking to win their first Vitality Blast title since 2009, having finished as runners-up in 2006 and 2010.

The Sharks have been in impressive form throughout the tournament, winning 10 of their 14 group matches and defeating Essex and Derbyshire in the knockout stages.

Sussex will be led by their experienced captain, Luke Wright, and will be confident of making a strong challenge on Finals Day.

The Vitality Blast Finals Day promises to be a thrilling occasion, with four evenly matched teams vying for the title. Sky Sports will be providing live coverage of the event, with the first semi-final starting at 11:00 BST.
